In Proximity: Peter Marin and Kelley Sheppard Murray

Charlotte Russell Contemporary is pleased to announce our upcoming exhibition In Proximity featuring two Raleigh-based artists: Peter Marin and Kelly Sheppard Murray. Working in different mediums, both artists draw on color, form, and structure. Peter Marin’s abstract work references architecture, landscape, the handmade, sacred geometry, identity and uses the languages of color and abstraction. Kelly Sheppard Murray’s multimedia sculptural work fashions a wide range of polymorphic, multicolored structures that have their roots in natural forms.
